The JETAA Fighting Carps have just finished off another terrific season.
This year, the carps did an amazing job at their Oakville regatta earning a gold medal in the D category – a second year in a row!! Unfortunately, they did not fare so well at the Great White North competition. They showed team work and a lot of heart during the races and as always enjoyed a great day filled with friends, racing and amazing food.
All the carps will miss the camradery of their Wednesday night practices, and the fun and excitment of the regattas.
A huge thanks goes to the team captains – Michelle Attard and Natalie Bay as well as the coach, Kevin Chan!!
