Smiling through an afternoon of verticality, JETAA Members and friends took to the walls and climbed and clawed their way to a fantastic time on Saturday, April 13, 2013.
The afternoon started with a fantastic lesson courtesy of Joe Rockhead’s (29 Fraser Ave.) – safety first! Then the fun and pain began!
The gang spent the next 3 hours scaling up and down artificial walls, telling bouldering rooms who’s boss, as well as avoiding 4th grade pizza party goers.
Festivities continued on to the nijikai at a local Japanese restaurant where we all debriefed and exchanged our death-defying shenanigans.
Big thank you to the 20 folks that came out to defy gravity, rappel off of walls, and carefully keep their friends safe!
