Everyone got their sweet ramen sweats on at Santouka Hokkaido Ramen on a hot September night. It was well worth the wait to sink into a thick bowl of their Hokkaido ramen with a perfect ajitsuke tamago and gyoza on the side.
Nine participants showed up for the event, including some new faces! By the ratings I think most people went home with a satisfied belly. Check out our ramen ratings below.
The rating is out of 5 bowls:
1 ramen bowl = some disappointing ramen
5 bowls = warped back to Japan deliciousness.
Each participant was given a strip of paper with 5 ramen bowls to rate their ramen. They then listed the ramen they chose and the rating they gave that ramen on the strip for me to collect.
