Restaurant Review: Sakaye

The general consensus was if you ignored the 50’s diner infrastructure and faced away from the flat screen tv broadcasting a hockey game, you would be forgiven for mistaking that you were in Japan eating in a typical Japanese restaurant. Sakaye, in the city of Cambridge in the Waterloo region, might be thousands of kilometres away from that favourite eating establishment in Japan, but the food, décor and friendliness of the staff will most likely leave you feeling natsukashii.
