On Monday, July 11th, newly minted JETs – along with the help and guidance of JETAA members and volunteers from the Japanese community – gathered at Trinity St Pauls for a crash course in Japanese cooking, cuisine, and katsu.
With about 35 people in attendance, everyone was feeling the heat! But with the guidance of our volunteers, a tasty and informative session was had by all.
Thanks to our volunteers for all their help, with special thanks to the Japanese Consulate and members of the Toronto Okinawa Kyuyokai/Kenjinkai.
