Remember all those good things about summertime barbeques in Japan: yakitori, yakiniku, mochi, grilled corn and pumpkin, yakionigiri and all that good stuff? They don’t have to just be memories!
Join us for the JETAA Toronto Natsu Matsuri BBQ and Scavenger Hunt on Ward’s Island! In addition to chowing down, and enjoying the island atmosphere, we will also be holding a mini-scavenger hunt around the park. There will even be prizes . . .
All are welcome, so bring your family; bring your friends; bring some snacks to share and items for grilling, lawn chairs, frisbees, whatever you would like to enjoy the day — and of course a camera to capture the event. Digital and cell phone cameras will be useful as well for our scavenger hunt activities!
JETAA Toronto will be providing the grills, the coals, and some refreshments. We can’t wait to see you all there!
